A couple of weeks ago, I photographed the wedding of a former colleague of mine at The Old Rectory in Great Melton. The venue was a stunning manor house with acres of gardens filled with flowers, which was where the ceremony was going to take place. They had also hired out a giant tipi for the reception and food. We were all praying for good weather so they the couple could have the outdoor ceremony they desired - and luckily, the weather held. After the ceremony, a few glasses of Pimms, and the formal wedding photographs, the guests all headed into the tipi for some speeches, food, and delicious homemade cake. There were some amazing DIY details at this wedding, such as the bride's bouquet and the groom's buttonhole which had been stitched by the bride's mum.
Here are my photos from the lovely day (click to expand).
